The owners of Fort Craig filed an article of incorportion in 2005 as Green River Cemetery and Fort Craig, Incorporated.  A board of directors was formed and elected officers.  Board members are Kelly Harl, President, Mark Brent, Vice-President, Ronnie Lafferty, Secretary, Marnie West, Treasurer and Nancy Gregory.

The board filed for and received 501(c)(3) status in 2006.
